• Take Exit 9 (Burnsville/Spruce Pine Exit). This will put you on Hwy 19E. You will stay on Hwy 19E for approximately 13 miles.
• At the second stop light you will turn left onto South Main Street. At the stop sign you will turn right onto the Burnsville Town Square
  
• Town Square is a traffic circle that moves counter – clockwise. Travel around the square past the next street -East Main Street- and then turn right at the next street- North Main Street.
  
• Take North Main Street second street on right -Green Mountain Drive.
• Turn right and go up the hill to the stop sign. Parkway Playhouse is across the intersection on the left.
• Park anywhere on the street. Please do not block private driveways.

From Marion, NC Spruce Pine, NC/NC 226

• Follow US 221 to NC 226.
• Take NC 226 up the mountain to Spruce Pine.
• Turn left on US 19 E at the red light and follow 19 E to Burnsville (approximately 15 miles)
• At the stoplight turn right on to South Main Street. At the stop sign you will turn right on to the Burnsville Town Square
