Ticket Donation Requests

Parkway Playhouse is proud to support the wonderful work of charitable organizations that make our community a better place in which to live.  We support fundraising events for non-profit organizations through the donation of performance tickets.


OUR DONATION POLICY


Parkway Playhouse is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and it is our policy to donate only to other 501(c)(3) organizations. We would like to grant all requests, but as a non-profit organization, we must limit the number of contributions we make. Priority is given as follows:


  • Educational Organizations / Institutions

  • Social Service Organizations

  • Arts Organizations

  • Medical Organizations and Medical Research

  • Animal Welfare Organizations


We do not donate more than once per season to each beneficiary (i.e., charity). Please keep in mind that the beneficiary of your event may have already received a donation from us, since multiple events often benefit a single group.


We do not make monetary donations, nor will we give a cash refund for tickets that were donated.


Donations are limited to four tickets - two pairs or one four-pack of tickets.  Donated tickets are “flex passes” that may be redeemed for tickets to a particular (see our FAQ).


Donations are to be used for fundraising purposes only (to be auctioned, raffled, or sold to raise funds for the beneficiary); we do not provide door prizes.


Please submit your requests at least 3 weeks in advance of your event, so we will have enough time to process it.


Once your submission is reviewed, you will receive an e-mail notifying you whether or not your request has been approved. If approved, we will mail a certificate to the address provided on this form.  


Note: As of January 1, 2016, all requests must be submitted electronically using the form below.  Requests by mail or phone will not be accepted.



APPLICATION PROCESS


Donation requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to your event and submitted via the online form only. Approved requests will be sent via ground mail.

This form asks for the name, date and a description of the event; the charity, their 501(c)(3) Tax ID number, and an explanation of how proceeds from the event will be used; the name, phone number, mailing address and e-mail address of a contact person.
